Responsibilities

Provide attorney support to various groups across the Legal Department

Potential to perform a wide variety of attorney tasks

Perform rotations ranging from 4-6 months in duration

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to achieve desired outcome

Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders

Ensure project deliverables and timelines are met

Qualification

Required

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

Active member in good standing of at least one state bar

At least 6 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, at a government agency, as a military judge advocate or as in-house counsel

Preferred

7+ years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, in-house legal department and/or government agency. Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required. Applicants without financial services experience who otherwise meet the criteria are encouraged to apply
