Responsibilities

Demonstrates an advanced level insurance processing and is responsible for updating insurance information according to defined business rules
Understands all insurance document types and the lender placed processes
Follows procedures to ensure information is updated accurately and production and quality standards are reached
Manages dedicated client team email box to ensure all borrower, client and agent communications are addressed within the specified service level agreement
Corrects exceptions identified while working proactive reports and accurately reports exceptions to management

Required

High School Diploma/GED
Proficient with MS Office - Intermediate Outlook & Word
Previous property insurance and or mortgage servicing experience
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast paced environment
Customer service oriented
Works well in a team environment
Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business or financial related discipline
Advanced Excel knowledge
