Call, email, network, whatever it takes to build relationships with shippers and move freight
Learn how to negotiate rates, track shipments, and close deals
Collaborate with a fun, supportive team that works hard and celebrates wins

Required

2+ years of proven success in sales (any industry), B2B preferred
A competitive edge and the confidence to cold call
A strong work ethic and the drive to build something for yourself
Positive attitude, confidence and good energy

Must be on-site at our Fort Wayne, IN office
