Responsibilities

Help develop marketing automation systems and new capabilities
Transform data from our warehouse to be ingested into our marketing automation tool
Configure dynamic and/or personalized components in our marketing creative across channels
Work collaboratively to launch omni-channel campaigns and workflows in our marketing automation tool
Find opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns using data driven analysis
Help define customer segments and profiles for targeting and marketing automation
Conduct EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis) on enormous amounts of marketing data
Collaborate with the team and colleagues around the organization on measurement projects

Required

SQL, Ability to write scalable queries
Strong communications, organization, and teamwork skills
3+ Year's experience working in an analytics related position, preferably in ecommerce
3+ Year's experience working with a marketing automation tool
Help develop marketing automation systems and new capabilities
Transform data from our warehouse to be ingested into our marketing automation tool
Configure dynamic and/or personalized components in our marketing creative across channels
Work collaboratively to launch omni-channel campaigns and workflows in our marketing automation tool
Find opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns using data driven analysis
Help define customer segments and profiles for targeting and marketing automation
Conduct EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis) on enormous amounts of marketing data
Collaborate with the team and colleagues around the organization on measurement projects
Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection
Access to a home router and modem
A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free
A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.)
The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc
