Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT projects supporting government or cleared programs, including infrastructure, systems, and application initiatives

Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resource allocation

Coordinate with engineering, network, cybersecurity, and application teams to ensure alignment and delivery

Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies; proactively resolve technical, security, and delivery issues

Lead project meetings, technical discussions, and status reviews

Manage scope changes, system integrations, and technical constraints

Ensure projects meet government security, compliance, and operational standards

Provide clear and consistent status reporting to program leadership and stakeholders
