GreenBridge is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing delivery on a 280MW hyperscale data centre project. The role involves managing project budgets, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while delivering high-availability systems on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

Lead MEP project delivery across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems on data centre builds

Coordinate contractors, specialist vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of systems

Manage project budgets, cost control, and cash flow for MEP scopes

Oversee installation and commissioning of mission-critical systems, including:

Electrical: HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, EPMS

Mechanical: Cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH, chilled water, DX, adiabatic, liquid cooling)

Plumbing: Chilled water, condenser water, drainage, and process pipework

Lead commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST) , and client handover

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client standards across all MEP activities

Act as the primary MEP contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
