Responsibilities

Daily Property Operations : Participate in site inspections, vendor coordination, and maintenance oversight

Tenant Relations : Respond to tenant requests, track issues, and support communications

Special Projects : Support APMs, PMs/SPMs, and VPs with priority initiatives as assigned

ESG Tracking : Help management gather and report required data

Data Clean-up: Assist Lease Administration by auditing and completing missing data

Required

College student (incoming Junior, Senior, or graduate student) pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Property Management, Urban Planning, or a related field

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Interest in commercial real estate and property operations
