Responsibilities

Serve as the internal point of contact for healthcare bridge lending opportunities generated through a national originator network

Lead a team responsible for screening, sizing, and quoting healthcare bridge loan candidates

Manage loans through the quote and application process, ensuring a best-in-class borrower experience

Partner with underwriting, credit, legal, and accounting to move deals through closing and execution

Participate in credit committee meetings and help refine lending strategies based on market trends

Stay ahead of competitive and regulatory shifts in the bridge lending and healthcare sectors

Represent the firm at key industry events and conferences to promote the bridge platform
