Responsibilities

Engage with Marketing leads to understand objectives, investment themes and marketing opportunities and transform them into effective deliverables
Project manage multi-faceted, integrated cornerstone programs from end to end, including campaign development, content creation, campaign execution and measurement
Develop content for and provide strategic oversight of paid social and search campaigns to align with PGIM global wealth goals and business initiatives
Project manage proprietary research programs including the development of marketing assets and promotional activity
Analyze campaign and program metrics on an ongoing basis to provide data-backed insights on what’s working well and areas for opportunity
Assist with planning, oversight, and measurement of Wealth-focused webinars, including establishing and enforcing best practices and standards and monitoring webinar performance to identify improvements in content, format, or delivery
Perform all aspects of marketing compliance review and approval process
Conduct competitive research and analysis on a regular basis to inform campaign development
Analyze industry and competitor marketing strategies and best practices and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation

Required

5+ years of experience in financial services marketing: project, brand or campaign management marketing, institutional marketing or retail marketing to financial advisors
Previous experience working in a sales-driven, multi-channel, distribution environment
Ability to apply traditional as well as new and unique marketing approaches
Demonstrated success in collaborating across functional teams and building strong relationships with business partners
Strong written and oral communication skills
Passionate about data analysis with strong reporting skills
An independent, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Consistently exhibit strong attention to detail
Must be comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity
5+ years of experience in financial services marketing: project, brand or campaign management marketing, institutional marketing or retail marketing to financial advisors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and data analytics platforms

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Series 6 or 7 licensing
General knowledge of the industry and investment products
Bachelor's degree
