Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned law firm clients and their VAs
Conduct regular check-ins via telephone or Zoom to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for support or growth
Obtain organizational charts for all of your clients
Proactively identify and pitch additional services such as: social media content creation (Practice360), Custom website development, Virtual assistant staffing, AI tools for legal workflows
Present tailored proposals aligned with the client’s growth goals
This position does require travel (regional & national), you will be expected to meet with clients face to face, all clients are located within the U.S
Qualification
Required
Previous experience working at a law firm or in asset management
Strong social and communication skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding upsell and revenue goals
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and comfort with tools like Microsoft Office
Preferred
Legal experience or exposure to legal setting
Knowledge of AI tools, social media, or website development
