Managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and workflow efficiency
Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
Addressing customer concerns professionally and effectively
Implementing operational improvements to drive revenue and consistency
Qualification
Required
Previous management experience in oil change, automotive service, or quick-service operations
Strong leadership and team-development skills
Operational mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics
Ability to coach employees, address performance gaps, and lead through change
Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Basic knowledge of automotive service operations and safety standards
Valid state driver's license
