Product Analyst

Responsibilities

Leads efforts to analyze and interpret data to determine development needs and their priorities
Act as primary liaison between clients and the Development team, translating business needs into technical specifications
Exercise authority to recommend and prioritize product enhancements, system changes, and integration initiatives based on business impact and strategic goals
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and behavioral data studies to identify growth opportunities and address emerging business needs
Collaborate with clients, development, account management, sales, and management to enhance platform functionality and client satisfaction
Oversee the lifecycle of platform improvement initiatives—including requirement definition, acceptance criteria creation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment validation
Provide strategic oversight and resolution direction for escalated platform issues, leveraging technical knowledge and business priorities to determine appropriate actions
Evaluate, update, and create SOPs based on gaps identified through process analysis or system limitations
Implement integration strategy for customer accounts, aligning technical requirements with customer business objectives
Own strategic oversight of integrated account performance
Oversee resolution of order/invoice transmission issues, determining corrective actions and coordinating technical resources as needed
Lead new integration launches

Required

Advanced analytical skills
Strong business acumen
Ability to exercise independent judgment on matters of significance
Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous experience in an analytical, project management-driven role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Dynamic communication skills; ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple and concise way
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change; ability to address difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence
Demonstrated passion for excellence and never settle attitude
Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection
Access to a home router and modem
A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free
A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.)
The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc
Legal residents of one of the specified states

Preferred

Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred
Wired Ethernet connection is preferred, if possible
