Sales Manager
Meyer Lab is a US-based and industry leading chemical manufacturer, known for its family-oriented and employee-friendly environment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hunting and prospecting new industrial business opportunities in the Seattle market, utilizing proven sales processes to develop customized chemical programs for prospective customers.
Responsibilities
Average 6-8 scheduled sales calls per day
Grow territory through acquiring new business
Perform manual and physical tasks daily
Administrative duties including building calendar, updating notes and entering sales orders through our CRM (Oracle Netsuite)
Travel up to 250-mile radius in territory weekly
Potential for 2 overnights a month
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience hunting and prospecting new business opportunities at a chemical company or similar industrial type industry
Excellent leadership and strong ability of working with and indirectly managing sales support colleagues
Excellent work history
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs as needed
Have and maintain a valid driver's license
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
