They are seeking an enthusiastic Outpatient Therapist to lead Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups and provide evidence-based care to clients.

Responsibilities

Facilitate engaging IOP group therapy sessions focused on mental health and/or co-occurring disorders

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and insurance reviews

Coordinate care with referral sources, families, and external providers

Maintain a minimum of 25 billable sessions per week while supporting program needs

Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives

Perform additional duties as needed to support clinical operations

Required

Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health) from an accredited institution, with completion of a clinical internship or practicum
