Responsibilities
Supporting and assisting with automating engine failure reporting for the core return process
Determining and automating the utilization rate calculation
Maintaining C4S customer contact data and updates
Inputting and maintaining Basler programs and other regulator programs on the Business Portal (BP) for customer outreach
Administering Basler program requests to requesting customers
Developing department procedure on how to maintain new Basler programs on the BP
Providing testing support with Karl (AI) and team members
Keeping management informed on current workload, issues and future assignments
Adhering to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
Adhering to company and professional ethics governing the handling of confidential information and the observation of confidentiality
Maintain professional relationships with company employees, clients and customers, both internally and externally
Representing the company professionally in all interactions both internally and externally
Qualification
Required
Attending an accredited college/university and will be continuing your education after the internship
Working towards a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Having completed a minimum of one year of college
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Good oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others
Good organizational, planning and follow-up skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
