Responsibilities

Lead the development, coordination, and maintenance of BIM models for HVAC and plumbing systems

Establish and enforce company-wide BIM standards, workflows, and best practices

Manage and mentor BIM team members to ensure quality, consistency, and continuous improvement

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to resolve coordination issues and optimize constructability

Conduct clash detection, design reviews, and model-based constructability analyses

Integrate BIM deliverables with fabrication, estimating, and field layout processes

Oversee BIM project schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables to meet project timelines

Stay current with new BIM technologies and tools to enhance productivity and accuracy
