Responsibilities
Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects to demonstrate industry-leading features
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
Build trusting relationships and help customers complete the sales process
Maintains contact with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and to encourage repeat and referral business
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have at least one year of sales experience
Automotive sales experience must provide a previous CSI standing
Provide a provable track record
Highly driven and self-motivated personality
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A friendly and energetic attitude with a focus on customer service
Steady work history and is committed to growing your career with us
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
A positive and outgoing personality with an expertise in developing relationships
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Possess a valid driver's license and be in good standing
