Responsibilities
Assist with TikTok content planning & strategy
Concept, film, and edit TikTok videos
Trend forecasting (daily)
Participate in community engagement
On-camera participation
Influencer & UGC coordination
Pull and analyze weekly TikTok analytics
Support campaigns and product launches
Qualification
Required
Current student or recent grad in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, PR, or a similar field
Passionate about TikTok and hyper-aware of emerging trends
Confident with filming and editing inside TikTok or CapCut
Understands TikTok culture: hooks, retention, pacing, sounds, humor, and micro-storytelling
Creative, adaptable, and comfortable working independently
Strong communicator with a pulse on Gen Z content consumption
Commitment to Confidentiality: Must sign an NDA
Legal Eligibility: Must be able to work legally in the United States
