Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm based in Alabama. The Trial Attorney will manage a high-volume caseload, engage with clients throughout the legal process, conduct key litigation activities, and advocate in trials.

Responsibilities

Managing a High-Volume Caseload: You’ll oversee approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month, guiding each from intake through settlement or jury verdict

Engaging with Clients: You’ll maintain proactive and transparent communication, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process

Conducting Key Litigation Activities: You’ll conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies

Advocating in Trials: You’ll serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating passionately to secure favorable outcomes for our clients

Active and in good standing with your local State Bar
