National Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

Prospect and Develop New Business: Actively identify, target, and engage potential clients to expand the company's customer base
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets
Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and propose tailored waste management solutions. Educate prospects on service differentiation, pricing, and value during and after the sales process
Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
Onsite Visits: Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to present services, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Collaborate Internally: Work closely with Pricing & Implementation team to ensure seamless implementation of services for new accounts. Follow up after sales to achieve referrals and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain CRM Records: Track and document all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward goals in the company's CRM system
Track Productivity: Deliver accurate sales forecasts-weekly, monthly, and quarterly
Travel: Some regional travel expected, and occasional off hours/weekends for customer's needs
Maintain: High level of integrity, commitment, and trust to exceed expectations in sales and retention of customer accounts
Remote: Remote work with some office time expected
Networking: Some networking events/trade show attendance required
