The Business Systems Administrator will maintain and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure system reliability across operations.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and system-related issues promptly

Review and enhance current IT processes and procedures to promote a culture of continuous improvement

Communicate project statuses, timelines, and updates to stakeholders and team members

Collaborate on software integration, testing, and deployment as needed to support business operations

Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection standards, and relevant regulations

Assist with onboarding new IT tools and systems, including user training when required

Assist with reporting needs and ad hoc system queries from all level of stakeholders

Create technical support documentation for systems and applications along with developing SOPs for use of those systems
