Responsibilities
Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines integrating vector databases and knowledge management systems
Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based solutions in production environments
Architect scalable GenAI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with focus on cost optimization and performance
Integrate LLMs with existing enterprise systems through APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
Qualification
Required
12 years of IT with 5+ years in AI/ML with 2+ years focused specifically on generative AI and LLM applications
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen)
Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines integrating vector databases and knowledge management systems
Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based solutions in production environments
Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and foundation model capabilities
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector) and semantic search
Proficiency with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Architect scalable GenAI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with focus on cost optimization and performance
Integrate LLMs with existing enterprise systems through APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
Proven track record of delivering GenAI solutions that drive business outcomes
Experience with prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and chain-of-thought reasoning
Knowledge of responsible AI practices, bias mitigation, and AI governance frameworks
Understanding of data privacy, security considerations, and compliance requirements for AI systems
Excellent problem-solving abilities with creative approach to complex challenges
Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
Collaborative mindset with ability to work across organizational boundaries
Self-motivated with passion for continuous learning in rapidly evolving field
