Responsibilities

Manage and service a book of commercial accounts ranging from industries including construction, real estate, retail, etc

Coordinate policy renewals, endorsements, audits, and certificates of insurance

Create schedules of insurance and program schematics

Assist with the coordination and collection of renewal data and preparation of insurance submissions

Work closely with producers, underwriters, and carriers to negotiate terms and ensure optimal coverage solutions

Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewal summaries

Ensure timely and accurate documentation in agency management systems (e.g., Epic, AMS360)

Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and risk management support
