Responsibilities
Support Sales Directors and Salespersons with client research, meeting preparation, and follow-ups
Assist in the creation and refinement of pitch materials, presentations, and client-ready documents
Analyze market trends and competitor positioning relevant to asset owners (e.g., pension funds, endowments) and insurance clients
Help maintain CRM systems and track sales pipeline activity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Client Services
Participate in internal strategy sessions and contribute to segment-specific initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Interest in financial services, institutional investing, or insurance markets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with investment concepts and financial statements
Experience with data analysis or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
