Responsibilities
Manage the financials of various large-scale design projects
Provide accurate and timely operational and financial data
Produce various reports to aid with project decision making
Carry out project analysis and advise on areas of inefficiency
Manage project budgets, forecasting and planning
Carry out project analysis and revenue recognition
Contract and proposal reviews
Ensuring bills are timely and accurately submitted to clients
Oversight of project expenses and payments
Attend and provide key insight at project meetings
Carry out accurate reviews at the end of projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Proven experience in a project accounting position
Experience within the architecture/design/engineering/built environment
Analytical and meticulous
Able to convey financial information clearly to non-financial professionals
Preferred
Experience of Deltek/Ajera/Vantagepoint is beneficial
Collaborative and positive in your approach with a can-do attitude
