Greet and check patients in and out efficiently
Verify insurance information and update patient records
Create and maintain patient charts
Collect co-payments and process payments accurately
Answer incoming calls and assist patients and visitors
Perform office closing procedures and prepare for the next day

Required

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

Previous experience in a healthcare setting
Ability to learn and apply medical coding (ICD-10, CPT)
Knowledge of insurance processes and medical terminology
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
