Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP Commissions (Callidus) modules for compensation plans, quotas, and crediting
Design, implement, and troubleshoot Workflows for approvals, adjustments, and exception handling
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Develop reports and dashboards using Embedded Analytics or related reporting tools
Perform testing, validation, and production support activities
Ensure compliance and data integrity across all compensation processes

Qualification

SAP CommissionsWorkflow designData integrationPlan configurationCommunication skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

4–8 years of experience in SAP Commissions implementation and support
Strong understanding of Workflow design, rules, and automation
Hands-on experience in plan configuration, pipeline processing, and data integration
