Lumena Global Advisory is a boutique consulting firm that supports U.S. companies expanding into Latin America. They are seeking a Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Identifying new business opportunities
Generating leads
Conducting market research to target prospective clients
Managing client relationships
Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders
Providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborating with the broader team to develop strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify opportunities, and draw actionable insights
Exceptional Communication skills to build rapport with clients, convey ideas clearly, and collaborate with team members
Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and cultivate potential business opportunities
Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain relationships, address client concerns, and ensure satisfaction
Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote, contract-based role
Preferred
Understanding of LATAM markets, compliance structures, and cultural nuances is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field is preferred
