Responsibilities

Lead all phases of enterprise software implementation projects, from initiation and planning through execution, testing, go-live, and handover to Support

Act as a trusted partner to customer stakeholders, driving projects to successful outcomes

Manage 3–8 projects at a time, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards

Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and leadership across North America

Inspire and motivate cross-functional project teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts to keep delivery on track
