French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative
TalentPop is seeking a French+English Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to clients and customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, resolving issues and building relationships through effective communication in both languages.

Qualification
Required
At least one year of remote bilingual customer service experience or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
Familiarity with customer support platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify
You remain calm and focused, even in high-pressure situations
Experience with E-commerce and CRM systems
A personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor (or equivalent)
A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds
