Responsibilities

Document current state of engagement programs, including compliance, quality, and impact

Develop deep understanding of our business operations, culture, and organizational structure to learn how different departments and product lines approach associate engagement and retention

Collaborate with functional leaders and product line partners to understand their unique engagement challenges and best practices

Conduct comprehensive assessment of existing associate engagement and retention programs across the organization to determine opportunities for streamlining and standardization

Analyze program effectiveness through data review, associate feedback, and stakeholder interviews

Identify opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies while maintaining program effectiveness

Support implementation of approved program enhancements

Required

Bachelor's Degree required - in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Change Management or related field is a plus

Ability to learn and navigate various technology platforms

Committed to learning and growing; receptive to feedback and developing self-awareness

High level of commitment to operation and job responsibilities

Results oriented, attention to detail and effective time management and organizational skills

Builds and develops positive working relationships within department at all levels
