Responsibilities
Assist with submittal packages including schematics, spec books, rough ins, utility schedules, and project schedules
Conduct market research
Engage in design “jams” with the design team in laying out new commercial kitchen spaces and understanding the customer’s operation
Manage timely and effective correspondence with all project team members
Conduct site visits with sales, design and project management
Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualification
Required

Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching
Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs

Able to multitask
Able to display excellent organizational skills
An excellent written/verbal communicator
Excellent time management skills
Preferred
Construction, design or drafting experience or major would be beneficial but not required
