Elevation Point is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Investment Operations Analyst. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of trade processing, data reconciliation, account oversight, and other operational processes.

Responsibilities

Process and reconcile daily investment transactions across internal systems and external platforms

Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies, errors and corrections

Maintain accurate records of investment positions, cash balances, and transaction history

Assist with account setup, documentation, and client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and timely reporting

Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational workflows

Participate in system testing, upgrades, and integration projects
