LHH is partnering with a long-time client to identify a Senior Accountant to join a growing, multi-entity organization. This role involves supporting the monthly close process, maintaining balance sheet integrity, and partnering with finance leadership on reporting and data integrations.

Responsibilities

Support and help lead the monthly close process, including accelerating close timelines through improved procedures, reconciliations, and internal controls

Maintain balance sheet integrity, including intercompany accounting, lease accounting accuracy, audits, and renewal tracking

Assist with maintaining a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast

Support payroll accounting, reconciliations, process improvements, and automation initiatives

Partner with finance leadership on reporting, dashboard development, and data integrations across accounting and payroll systems

Support the accounting team as the organization scales, including workload rebalancing related to growth and acquisitions

Assist in evaluating outsourcing and automation opportunities for transactional accounting processes

Qualification
