Responsibilities

Organize and maintain production sample storage at our BB HQ
Help facilitate and maintain the integrity of production-based data within our systems, including materials and measurements
Prepare samples for internal cross-functional review of our on-order product
Review and approve vendor invoices related to bulk production and production samples
Assist in the barcode labeling process, from creation to approval, adhering to the requirements of the account
Learn the ins and outs of bulk production through the management and tracking of sample workflows with vendors and internal partners
Work Full-time onsite in our Manhattan office 5 days per week
2-3 month assignment with strong potential for successful candidates to be considered for regular employment

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field
1-2 years of professional experience in Production, Sourcing, or related field
Comfortable with entry and management of large amounts of data in Excel
Understanding the importance of punctuality and dependability
Highly organized with tremendous attention to detail
A team player with good written and verbal communication skills
A self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Must be passionate about accessories and creating our products!
