Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows, known for its window and door systems. They are seeking a Construction Project Manager to supervise installation crews, ensure quality and customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with safety standards.

Construction

Responsibilities

Supervise the installation crews to assess the quality of installation and customer satisfaction
Adjust the installation schedule based on customer, changes, weather, and any other contributing factors
Complete jobs in the system to ensure installation crews are compensated for completed work in a timely manner
Troubleshoot jobs by manually fixing issues on-site and assisting with customer needs
Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety standards
Lead your employees to outstanding performance through consistent coaching and feedback

Qualification

Residential Construction experienceWindowDoor installationProject Management experienceCustomer service experienceMicrosoft Office skillsHandle one-off situationsComputer skillsExcel in fast-paced environmentCommunication skills

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and vehicle capable of transporting materials
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Residential Construction and Project Management
Customer service experience with job troubleshooting as a key component
Good computer skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport
Creating a sense of urgency with field crews
Excel at delivering for customers
Ability to exist and excel in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle one-off situations quickly and competently
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat

Preferred

Window and door installation experience preferred
