The role will support all aspects of investment, development, and asset management activities, providing direct exposure to underwriting, deal modeling, market research, and transaction execution.

Responsibilities

Support investment underwriting, modeling, and analysis for new development and acquisition opportunities

Conduct market research and prepare competitive and STR reports to inform project feasibility

Assist with transaction documentation, including LOIs, term sheets, and redlines

Manage investor reporting, quarterly updates, and presentations

Perform ad-hoc financial analysis, portfolio tracking, and internal reporting

Participate in site visits and travel to active and pipeline projects (approximately quarterly)

Collaborate cross-functionally with design, construction, and finance teams to support end-to-end project execution
