Growth Manager (Founding AE)
Hyperflex is an early-stage company seeking a Growth Manager (Founding AE) to play a foundational role in building their revenue engine. This role involves owning the top and mid-funnel sales processes, collaborating with various teams, and driving opportunities from initial conversations to revenue.

Responsibilities
Run outbound and inbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, events, partnerships)
Own discovery calls and qualification
Drive opportunities forward with clear next steps
Build and maintain a clean, accurate pipeline
Collaborate with technical teams on solution positioning
Contribute to messaging, ICP definition, and sales process
Represent the company professionally in meetings and events
Qualification
Required
2–5 years in BDR, AE, or hybrid sales roles (B2B tech preferred)
Experience running discovery calls end-to-end
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, disciplined, and execution-focused
Experience with Attio CRM or similar modern CRMs
Preferred
Startup or early-stage experience is a plus
