Be the upbeat, welcoming first contact for customers exploring their next vehicle-via web inquiries and inbound calls
Reach out to potential customers through follow-up calls and emails, building strong connections and keeping the excitement going
Coordinate appointments with sales managers to create a smooth, personalized buying experience that customers love
Share your growing product knowledge to help customers understand features and find the perfect vehicle
Hit quality and performance goals that help keep our customer satisfaction top-notch
Follow Bowser Automotive policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualification

Required

Outstanding listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions to understand customer needs
Comfort with basic computer skills and CRM software - and a willingness to learn quickly
Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional, and energetic personality
A self-motivated mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment
The ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and online
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
Ability to sit and work at a computer for up to 8 hours per day
