Area Sales Manager - Office Coffee
Java House is revolutionizing the beverage industry with its innovative cold brew products. As an Area Sales Manager, you will manage a team of Account Executives, driving revenue growth and market penetration while identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Coach, develop, and manage a team of Account Executives (AE) in designated region
Develop new business and manage existing customers in office coffee, bars, and restaurants
Utilize value-based selling to prospect and close new business and manage the full sales cycle
Organize and effectively manage a potential customer funnel of targets
Coordinate and execute training and marketing project support for Java House accounts
Keep current with and educate potential customers on liquid coffee and specialty beverage trends
Demonstrate a proactive mentality for setting sales goals and closing accounts
Drive sales performance and revenue growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business
Demonstrated success and proven track record with new account penetration
Must be able to travel assigned territory as needed
Relentless drive to uncover and close new business
Proven history of sales management experience & achievement leading high potential teams
Professional, positive, and proactive written and verbal communication skills
Superior presentation skills to tell a compelling story and influence decision makers
Strong, collaborative, relationship-building, analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
Preferred
5+ years' experience selling in specialty foodservice, Office Coffee Service (OCS), or Spirits
4+ years' experience managing, coaching, and developing successful sales teams
Ideal candidate will have knowledge in value-based selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC
