Responsibilities

Serve as the main connector between internal marketing leads, external partners, vendors, and business units
Ensure everyone understands and has visibility into what’s happening, what’s next, and what’s needed to keep things moving
Manage vendor timelines, production requirements, and budgets to ensure smooth collaboration and on-target delivery
Champion our marketing workflows and timelines, making sure the right steps happen in the right order
Hold teams accountable for meeting deadlines and following processes
Ensure campaigns launch on time and with confidence
Look for smart ways to improve how work gets done across the entire marketing team
Oversee the trafficking and delivery of creative assets from start to finish ensuring accuracy, efficiency and timeliness, including but not limited to: digital, retail POS, direct mail, OOH, social media, email marketing, website, search, etc
Own the proofing and quality control process, coordinating revisions and approvals
Maintain a real-time view of all marketing deliverables, anticipating roadblocks and solving problems
Ensure messaging stays aligned and on-brand
Manage budgets with clarity, staying aligned to scope and spend
Support the execution of great ideas—turning concepts into high-quality, finished deliverables
Support the execution of small local events and sponsorships

Required

5–7 years of experience in marketing, production, or creative operations, preferably with both internal and external team coordination
Demonstrated experience managing marketing deliverables, timelines, and vendor relationships
Strong production experience, you understand how marketing assets get made across formats (print, digital, video, etc.) and can confidently guide deliverables through the process
Familiarity with project management tools (ideally Monday.com or a similar PM tool) to help keep teams, timelines, and tasks organized and visible
A collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving environment
