Responsibilities
Support planning and implementation of new projects, products, programs and initiatives to achieve short and long-term business objectives and strategic outcomes
Lead effort to maintain project documentation
Develop comprehensive documentation that aligns with regulatory expectations as required
Assists the team in addressing problems/solutions, risks and issues
Analyzes information, determining feasible solutions, articulating recommendations to project team
Apply critical thinking to independently navigate problems/issues
Develop and produce basic ad hoc and automated departmental analyses and reports (incl. workflow analysis, project analysis, trend reporting, strategic analysis, other)
Ability to distill information and create an executive summary to drive action
Adhere to all standards and procedures ensuring high quality work and that efforts are appropriately and accurately documented
Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite
Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years business, analytical, technical and/or product experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years business, analytical, technical and/or product experience
Experience in documenting business requirements/processes, functional specs, and/or test cases
Experience leading teams on large-scale projects (e.g. system migrations, business transformation)
Experience with Loan Servicing operations and/or technology (i.e. AFSVision, LoanIQ, Fiserv)
Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite
Preferred
Banking and Finance industry experience is preferred
