Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
Excellent Analytical Skills to diagnose and solve technical challenges
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience supporting software and/or hardware products in a customer-facing role
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addresses, Ethernet, switches)
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Ability to remain calm and focused in time-sensitive situations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred
Experience with imaging systems, cameras, or video technology
Familiarity with timing systems, sports technology, or live event environments
Background in IT support, engineering, or technical field
Experience using remote support tools and ticketing systems
Interest in sports, racing, or event technology
