Work within state systems (MNDRIVE, Vitu, DLRdmv, etc.) and HubSpot CRM
Travel occasionally to client dealerships to deliver hands-on support
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills (clear, professional, and approachable)
Attention to detail – accuracy is everything
A growth mindset – you're eager to learn and take on new challenges
Tech confidence (comfortable navigating multiple systems)
1–2 years in customer service, administration, or a role with deadlines + accuracy requirements
