Responsibilities
Manage the development and continuous improvement of our applicant tracking system, ensuring alignment with business goals and user experience best practices
Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle, providing guidance on system capabilities, integrations, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Own the product roadmap for Oracle Recruiting Cloud, driving innovation and adoption across the enterprise
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, assess resource capacity, and deliver scalable recruiting solutions
Manage and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all platform enhancements and integrations, ensuring test plans are comprehensive, execution is timely, and outcomes validate business requirements before deployment
Analyze recruiting data and user feedback to identify pain points, optimize workflows, and enhance automation and reporting capabilities
Serve as the point of contact for break/fix items for the recruiting team
Coordinate troubleshooting, configuration changes and software releases with vendor(s), including quarterly business reviews
Qualification
Required
Expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
Demonstrated understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud
Proven ability to influence the adoption of technology
Experience managing changes within organizations and across stakeholders
Strong communication and presentation skills
Able to effectively translate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms
Experience with Paradox, HireVue, HackerRank and JIRA
Experience navigating model validation of AI and Gen AI-powered solutions
Experience with customer journey optimization and end-to-end experiences
Experience with agile operating models and design thinking
