Lead planning, strategy, and hands-on execution of retail media and performance marketing campaigns
Own retail media across Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, and Roundel
Drive performance through paid social, TikTok Shop, and influencer marketing
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns
Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
Own the brand’s digital footprint from concept through execution
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in Retail Media, Paid Social, and Performance Marketing
Strong hands-on experience across Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, and Roundel
Proven experience managing and optimizing email marketing programs
Experience with TikTok Shop and influencer marketing
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning performance end-to-end
