Responsibilities
Support Mechanical Design Optimization Projects: Contribute to projects aimed at improving our engineering and manufacturing processes
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and process raw data and conduct analysis to support data-driven project prioritization
Quality Assurance: Assist in providing quality assurance for new designs and bills of material to ensure they meet our high standards
Cost/Benefit Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive cost/benefit analyses for proposed projects
Troubleshooting and Clarification: Work closely with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and clarify design concerns, ensuring smooth implementation and production
Qualification
Required
Need experience in Switchgear
Need experience in Creo
Need experience in Windchill
Need experience in NPD
Need experience in Sheetmetal and Plastic component design
Need experience in AutoCAD
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret complex data
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and manufacturing teams
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality assurance
Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-sufficiency in problem-solving
BE or Equivalent
Preferred
Experience in engineering or manufacturing processes is a plus
Familiarity with CREO and/or AutoCAD is a plus
