Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements in clear user stories and simple process flows

Work with product managers, developers, and QA teams to support the delivery of software features

Assist in Agile activities such as sprint planning, backlog updates, and daily stand-ups

Create and maintain project documentation like BRDs, FRDs, and use cases

Support testing efforts by preparing test cases, helping with UAT, and reporting defects

Analyse current business processes and suggest improvements or automation opportunities
