Responsibilities

Develop client-specific features and improvements in Scala, Java, Linux
Develop software monitoring and testing software solutions
Investigate issues (using system logs, source code inspection, database querying, etc.)
Answer email and (less frequently) phone calls from clients for general application support and troubleshooting

Required

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science
1 to 2 years software development experience in Scala/Java
Fluency in concurrent programming

Very good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Prior financial services experience
Strong preference given to applicants with Buy-Side Order Management experience
