Responsibilities
Collaborate with Applied Technologies leadership on the oversight of Firm-wide CAD standards
Provide front line, advanced level technical support for AutoCAD, Civil 3D and other engineering technologies, with a focus on customer service and responsiveness
Document answers to common technical support questions and identify solutions to issues. Author white papers to promote proper application of design technologies
Recommend new approaches and ideas that continuously improve efficiency and services performed
Provide guidance to staff on engineering technology and associated Firm-wide advancements in design technologies; and
Perform other duties as requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
FE/EIT certification required, PE license a plus
5+ years of related site/civil land development experience
Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D with the ability to troubleshoot software issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
